📍 Where We Deliver
We currently ship to all cities across Egypt.
⏱ Estimated Delivery Time
* Ready-to-ship items: Delivered within 5–7 business days.
* Custom-made items: Delivered within 10–15 business days (timeline may vary depending on the design—please confirm during your custom order discussion).
💵 Delivery Fees
* Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
* These fees are non-refundable and will appear on your final invoice.
Exchange & Return Policy
We want you to absolutely love your Omnea piece! Here's how our return and exchange process works:
👗 Try Before You Decide
* When your order arrives, you're welcome to try it on while the courier waits.
* If you're not happy with the fit or style, you can return it on the spot.
* You’ll only be responsible for the return delivery cost.
🔁 Exchanges
* You can exchange your item within 3 days of receiving it.
* item must be:
- In original condition
- With tags still attached
* Exchanges are allowed once per order.
* Shipping costs are not covered by us for exchanges.
💳 Refunds
* Refunds are only available at the time of delivery if the item is returned immediately to the courier.
* After that, only exchanges are permitted within the 3-day window.
* Items on sale or discounted are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Looking for a personalized fit or unique twist? We offer customization options on our designs.

💰 Payment & Deposit
Once everything is confirmed, a 30% deposit of the updated price is required via Instapay before production begins.
⚠️ Custom Item Refund & Exchange Policy
* No full refunds for custom orders.
* If sizing or minor adjustments are needed, you can:
- Return the item for one free alteration.
- Cover the delivery cost for the exchange.
* Only one alteration is allowed per custom item.
