Delivery & Shipping
Everything you need to know about delivery, returns, and custom orders.
We deliver to all cities across Egypt.
Ready-to-ship items arrive within 5–7 business days. Custom-made pieces take 10–15 business days depending on the design — we'll confirm the exact timeline with you before production begins.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and will appear on your final invoice.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Exchange & Return Policy
We want you to love your Omnea piece. If something isn't right, here's how we make it work.
When your order arrives, you're welcome to try it on while the courier waits. If the fit or style isn't what you hoped for, you can return it on the spot — you'll only cover the return delivery cost.
If you'd like to exchange your item after delivery, you have 3 days from the date you receive it. The piece must be in its original condition with tags still attached. Exchanges are allowed once per order, and shipping costs for exchanges are not covered by us.
Refunds are only available at the moment of delivery — if you return the item directly to the courier when it arrives. After that, exchanges within the 3-day window are the available option. Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Custom-Made Items
We offer customization on many of our designs — adjustments to size, color, length, and minor design details.
To request a custom piece, send us a message on Instagram at @omneahmad. We'll discuss the design, confirm what's possible, and let you know how any changes affect the timeline and final price.
Once everything is agreed, a 30% deposit via Instapay is required before we begin production.
Custom orders are non-refundable. If a sizing adjustment or minor alteration is needed after delivery, you can return the piece for one free alteration — you'll cover the delivery cost for the exchange. One alteration is allowed per custom order.
